Ruthie's Family

Ruthie and her family are from Scottsdale, AZ. They have a condo here in Jackson and try to get up here once a year to enjoy the cool summers - away from the excruciating Arizona heat. We had a nice evening photo shoot in GTNP. I took them to a ranch near the Park. The light there is always so lovely.

Brooks Barry Rehearsal

I offer a package that includes rehearsal dinner coverage. More and more of my clients go with this option as rehearsal dinners are becoming elaborate events themselves. The Brooks Barry event was no exception. Leith and Stew chose the Lazy Moose Ranch to hold their rehearsal dinner. It was the first time I had been out there and I can't wait to shoot out there for an upcoming wedding next August 1. The kids loved the horses and the horses loved all the carrots! The amazing florals where done by Jan Kew of Creative Botanicals and the event was catered by Bistro Catering. One of my favorite moments from this event was when Leith's 7 year-old daughter Haley gave a toast to her new family. It was so sweet and genuine.

Brooks Barry Wedding - Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

I had the privilege of shooting Leith and Stew's wedding on Saturday, June 21 at JHMR and their lovely rehearsal the night before at the Lazy Moose. The whole event was a dream for me. Great couple, warm families, to-die-for dress, and stunning event design. The florals were great. The rehearsal flowers were by Creative Botanicals, and wedding flowers were designed by Sarajane at Lily and Co.

Leith and Stew are two amazing people and, as one of their guests mentioned, a dynamic duo. Leith has two adorable daughters and they certainly love her new husband. I had such a great time photographing their wedding weekend. I wish them and their new family all the best. They deserve it!

Jennifer & Joe Featured on "The Knot"

I was just notified that the wedding of Jennifer and Joe Peters has been featured as a Real Wedding on the "The Knot". Check out their beautiful wedding at Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis last September 2. Florals are by Lily & Co and Lisa Husband coordinated the event.

Britt & Don - May 25th, 2008

Britt and Don had the perfect day for a wedding. These past several days in Jackson, and most of the Greater Yellowstone Area, have been saturated in constant rain. But Sunday set aside the weather and broke out the sun, warm temps (60's), and the bluest sky I've seen in a while. Thank you Sunday!!!

The couple had a small, intimate wedding. The chapel was so cute. I had never shot there before. I love the architecture and the front of the chapel so I had everyone gather there for group portraits. The blue sky and clouds reflected from the large windows surrounding the front entrance.

On our way to the reception (Couloir Restaurant - JHMR), I called Britt and asked her and Don to pull over on Pratt Rd. We had this perfect day, and I wanted to get some shots with the Tetons in the background. I loved Britt's ivory cardigan sweater she wore over her shoulders. It totally completed her vintage bride look. She was all smiles (she has the most amazing smile!).

Amanda & Ray - May 24, 2008

Amanda and Ray were married just yesterday at Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club in Jackson Hole, WY. I rained most of the day, but the clouds broke just in time. It was a beautiful event and the bride and groom are just gorgeous... Here are some of my favorites.









































Amanda and Ray, have a wonderful honeymoon in Banff! I will see you in Livingston soon...
